The following are the shipping charges by country:
United States
We offer both flat rate for orders under $25 along with expedited shipping options based on weight: Priority Mail and Fed Ex.
For orders up to $4.99, our Economy flat rate is $2.49 (USPS 1st Class if under 13 oz or FedEx SmartPost)
For orders $5 to $9.99, our Economy flate rate fee is $3.75 (USPS 1st Class if under 13 oz or FedEx SmartPost)
For orders $10 to $24.99, our Economy Shipping flat rate is $4.99 (USPS 1st Class if under 13 oz or FedEx SmartPost)
For orders $25 to $40, our Economy flat rate rate is $5.99 (USPS 1st Class if under 13 oz or FedEx SmartPost)
For orders $40.01 to $50, our Economy flat rate fee is $6.99 (USPS 1st Class if under 13 oz or FedEx SmartPost)
FREE SHIPPING for orders $50 or more:
We use FedEx Smart post which takes approximately 8-12 business days depending on shipment destination from NJ. (We do NOT recommend this shipping option if your order is time sensitive (ie, birthday party or holiday)).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Priority Shipping starts at $5.99 or more based on total weight of the order (and will take approximately 2-3 business days depending on shipment destination from NJ)
Fed Ex: We offer the following services from Fed Ex:
Overnight, 2-Day Air, Express Saver (3 Business Days), Home and Ground Delivery (1-5 business days depending on distance from NJ)

The Fed Ex charges are based on total weight of shipment.
If you place your order using a FedEx Express service (i.e., Overnight, 2-Day Air, Express Saver) before 3pm EST, we will ship your order on the same day.

Canada
All Canadian orders are based on weight in US pound. Please note, the USPS shipping rates for international went up a lot in late January 2013.
We use USPS and FedEx International depending on needs of the customer.

Shipping charges are based on weight in US pounds.
We use USPS and FedEx International depending on needs of the customer.
How We Ship
We usually use the United States Postal Service for items that weigh one pound or less in weight.
Fed Ex is usually used for orders heavier in weight.
For Economy (Shipping and Free Shipping, the closer you are to us in NJ, the estimated time of arrival for your package can be reduced by at least a day while those who live on the West Coast may need to add an additional day.
Also for Economy and Free Shipping, we use Federal Express SmartPost. SmartPost teams Fed Ex and the USPS together. When you receive the tracking number for your shipment, you will be able to view the status of your shipment online more accurately than through USPS.
We also offer Express Shipping in both US and Canada for shipments needed within 1-2 business days. In the United States we offer both FedEx 2Day Shipping and FedEx Overnight Shipping based on weight of total order.
When an order is placed, we ship the order within 2-3 business days to the shipping address provided with the order.
If an order totals over $70 and the shipment is within the 48 contiguous United States, we will request that the customer provide signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customer Error in Shipping Address
If a customer makes a mistake in the shipping address of an order,
we are not responsible for the error. If a customer wishes to have an
order re-shipped, there is a $10 re-shipping charge for within the
United States, $15 for Canada, and $20 for the United Kingdom and all other countries.
If there is a problem with a customer's order (ie, item out-of-stock,
shipping address incorrect), we will contact the customer based on the
contact information provided by the customer (email, phone or both).
Choices will be offered to the customer if an item is out-of-stock.
If the customer does not respond within 7 calendar days following initial contact by Simply Superheroes, we will make the final decision about the order in question.
